การรับยาเข้าคลังจาก PO - การเบิกสินค้า ( เบิกยา ) - การโอนย้ายยาข้ามสาขา อัพเดทประจำเดือน พฤษภาคม 2566 Promotion Cards Line Crm หลังจากการอัพเดทในครั้งนี้ ทางคลินิกจะสามารถ ตั้งค่าโปรโมชั่น LINE CRM ได้มากขึ้นกว่าเดิม จะสามารถ ปรับการ์ด การแสดง ลำดับ สี ตัวหนา Preview การแสดงผลใน LINEและสามารถใส่ TAG ได้ ส่วนทางฝ่ายลูกค้าจะสามารถดูโปร โมชั่น จาก TAG ที่คลินิกตั้งไว้ได้เช่นกัน เพื่อให้ทางคลินิกสามารถ ปรับเปลี่ยนการใช้งานให้เหมาะสมกับคลินิกได้มากขึ้นกว่าเดิม ระบบแปลงหน่วย เนื่องจากในหลายๆคลินิกนั้นมีการรับยาเข้ามาในระบบแตกต่างกัน ทางทีมงานจึงได้มีการเพิ่มระบบแปลงหน่วยการรับเข้ามาให้ คลินิกจะสามารถตั้งค่า หน่วยที่รับเข้ามาได้ และทางคลินิกจะสามารถรับยาที่ถูกแปลงหน่วยเข้ามาจากหน่วยที่ตั้งค่านั้นได้ เพื่อให้ทางคลิินิกสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมได้สะดวกและรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น อัพเดทประจำเดือน มีนาคม 2566 ตัดยาหมดอายุไม่ได้ เพื่อให้ทางคลินิกสามารถจัดยาได้ถูกต้อง ทางทีมงานจึงได้มีการเพิ่มฟีเจอร์ ไม่ตัดยาที่หมดอายุเข้ามาในการอััพเดตครั้งนี้ เพื่อให้ทางคลินิก สามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่า ยาที่สามารถใช้ได้ในเวลานั้น จะสามารถจัดเตรียมให้ลูกค้านั้นมีเพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ทางคลินิกสามารถลดการผิดพลาดจากยาไม่เพียงพอต่อการจัดสรรให้แก่ลูกค้าได้ พนักงานที่กำลังใช้งาน OPD ในปัจจุบันมีหลายๆคลินิกที่มีการใช้งาน OPD เดียวกัน และทำให้ข้อมูลที่บันทึก ไม่สามารถบันทึกได้ ทำให้้เกิดปัญหาในการใช้งาเนื่องจากมีผู้ใช้งาน ใน OPD เดียวกันหลายๆคน แต่ภายหลังจากการอัพเดต ทางคลินิกจะสามารถเลือกได้ว่าจะเป็นผู้ที่แก้ไข หรือเป็นผู้ที่ดูรายละเอียด และมีใครที่กำลังเข้าใช้งานหรือดู OP เพื่อป้องกันการใช้งานผิดพลาดของทางคลินิก - ผู้ที่ดูสามารถมีกี่คนก็ได้ - ผู้ที่แก้ไขสามารถแก้ไขได้ 1 คน - หากทำการเลือกใช้งานสิทธิ์ผู้แก้ไข (ผู้ที่ใช้งานแก้ไขก่อนหน้าจะทำการ บันทึกอัตโนมัติก่อนเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็นผู้ดู) - หากเป็นเครื่องเดียวกัน Browser เดียวกัน จะไม่ต้องแย่งสิทธิ์การใช้งาน - ทางคลินิกสามารถใช้งาน พนักงานที่กำลังใช้งาน OPD ได้ที่หน้า OPD อัพเดทประจำเดือน กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 ค่านั่งชั่วโมงของพนักงาน มีหลายๆคลินิกนั้น เป็นคลินิกที่มีการให้ค่านั่งพนักงาน เป็นรายชั่วโมง ซึ่งก่อนการอัพเดตนี้ ระบบจะยังไม่สามารถคำนวณออกมาได้ แต่หลังจากการอัพเดทในครั้งนี้ ทางคลินิกจะสามารถกำหนดค่านั่งของพนักงาน และคำนวณค่านั่งจาก ตารางเข้างานของพนักงานท่านนั้น เพื่อให้ทางคลินิกสามารถ คำนวณค่านั่งของพนักงานในวันนั้นได้อย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และแม่นยำมากขึ้น พิมพ์ แก้ไข บันทึกหน้าพิมพ์ต่างๆ หลังจากการอัพเดตในครั้งนี้ หน้าพิมพ์ต่างๆ จะสามารถ แก้ไข บันทึก เซ็นต์ลายเซ็น และส่งลิงค์ผานช่องทาง SMS LINK หรือผ่านอุปกรณ์อื่นๆได้ เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกให้ทางคลินิกสามารถใช้งาน ได้ง่ายขึ้น - พิมพ์แผนการรักษา / ใบเสนอราคา / ใบแจ้งหน้า - พิมพ์ใบเสร็จ ปกติ / ย้อนหลัง - พิมพ์ใบรับร้องแพทย์ฉบับเต็ม/ย่อ กำหนดตำแหน่งสำหรับใส่ค่ามืออัตโนมัติ ปัจจุบันนี้การกรอกค่ามืออัตโนมัติจะดูจาก การตั้งค่าเป็นบาทหรือเปอร์เซ็นต์ แต่หลังจากการอัพเดตในครั้งนี้ ทางคลินิกจะสามารถ กรอกค่ามืออัตโนมัติของแพทย์เป็นบาท หรือ เปอร์เซ็นต์ ก็ได้ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ทางคลินิกสามารถ กรอกค่ามืออัตโนมัติให้แพทย์ที่มีค่ามือเป็นบาทได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น ลดขั้นตอนการทำงานของคลินิกลงได้ ลงการผิดพลาดในการกรอกค่ามือลง
